SAP Security Principal Consultant
What You'll Do
As an SAP Security Principal Consultant, you will:
Provide hands-on leadership, expertise, and guidance for consultants as well as client personnel utilizing SAP Security
Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop client solutions
Design and develop complex solutions in SAP Security to meet client business requirements
Manage and oversee the design and development of SAP Security solutions
Provide general technical support for our clients and conduct training as required
Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
What We're Looking For
At least 8-10 years of end-to-end SAP Security experience
Expertise in SAP Security with a minimum of 4-5 full-lifecycle implementation projects
Ability to operate as a Solution Architect as well as offer hands-on development and support
Strong hands-on SAP Security design, building, testing, defect resolution and post-production support experiences
In-depth, hands-on S/4 HANA Security migration experience
Strong experience with Fiori Launchpad
Team lead experience
Experience with planning and leading implementation workshops
Knowledge of project methodologies like Activate and Agile
Knowledge of S/4 HANA
Flexibility and adaptability - our Senior Consultants work on everything from design to hands-on configuration and can stretch into new roles
Willingness to support both project-based work as well as application-managed services (AMS)
Ability to support a hybrid-working model at home and in the local office
Thorough client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present and write at a publication-quality level to communicate findings and recommendations
4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
