We are collaborating with the AMEA CIO a global FMCG enterprise, to enhance their SAP capabilities. This engagement focuses on securing an SAP Security Consultant who will own the SAP security design, implementation, fixes, BAU and provide activities hands on as well as work with teams to plan and deliver on a broad SAP Security scope. This role is a remote position based in India.
- Role Summary: The SAP Security Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end management of SAP security functions, encompassing design, implementation, ongoing support, and BAU activities. This role demands both hands-on technical expertise and leadership in planning and executing SAP security initiatives.
SAP Security Design and Implementation: Lead the design and execution of SAP security measures, ensuring they meet the enterprise's strategic objectives. This includes working on multiple ongoing SAP implementations and ensuring their secure integration within the IT environment.
- Ongoing Support and BAU Activities: Provide continuous support for SAP security-related BAU activities, addressing issues, implementing fixes, and ensuring the system remains secure and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement
: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and implement security solutions that align with the client's operational goals.Team Collaboration
: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate and deliver the SAP security scope. This involves planning, leading, and executing security strategies across the organization.Technical Expertise: Utilize comprehensive functional and technical knowledge in SAP security to guide initiatives, making informed design decisions and ensuring they align with industry best practices and specific needs.
- Ownership and Accountability: Take full ownership of the SAP security function, acting as a key point of accountability for all security-related activities.
Securely integrated SAP systems as part of ongoing implementations.
- Robust support and maintenance of SAP security within BAU activities.
Effective collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure security measures meet business needs.- Comprehensive documentation and reporting on SAP security measures, implementations, and ongoing support activities.
Sector Experience:
Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred but not mandatory.Years of Experience:
Ideally, 10+ years in relevant roles, with experience operating at an Associate Director level.
