Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules in the S4 Hana environment.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
- Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities including pricing, billing, order management, and delivery processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SD modules with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and PP.
- Design and implement solutions to optimize sales processes and enhance user experience.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SAP SD modules.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and assess their impact on existing SD implementations.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SAP SD configuration and implementation best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module implementation and support.
- At least 5 years of experience working with SAP S4 Hana.
- Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, including pricing procedures, sales order processing, and delivery management.
- Strong understanding of integration points between SD and other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and PP.
- Experience in designing and implementing enhancements and customizations in SAP SD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to lead and drive SAP SD implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose suitable SAP solutions.
- SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) module is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for SD module.
- Experience with SAP SD integration with third-party systems and applications.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
