- We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our team and contribute to our SAP implementation and support projects
- The SAP SD Consultant will play a crucial role in configuring, customizing, and optimizing SAP SD modules to meet our business requirements
- The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
- Configuration and Customization:Configure SAP SD modules to align with business processes, including pricing, order management, billing, and delivery
- Customize SAP SD functionalities as needed to meet specific business requirements
- Business Process Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Analyze and map existing business processes to SAP SD processes, identifying gaps and proposing solutions
- System Integration:Collaborate with other SAP modules and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other parts of the ERP system (eg, SAP MM, SAP FI/CO)
- Work on end-to-end process flows that involve multiple SAP modules
- Testing and Quality Assurance:Develop and execute test plans to ensure that SAP SD configurations and customizations function as intended
- Identify and resolve defects during testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- User Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SD processes and functionalities
- Address user inquiries and issues, troubleshooting and providing timely solutions
- Documentation and Reporting:Document SAP SD configuration settings, customizations, and business process flows
- Prepare project documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with SAP SD module updates, enhancements, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
- Project Collaboration:Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful SAP implementation projects
