2.UnderstandingonSalesProcess,Contractmanagement,Pricingconcepts,OTC,Partner
Determination,TextManagement,Pricing,Taxes,Billing,CreditManagement,BackOrders,
andMasterDataManagement(MDM).
3.OndemandsupporttoGlobalBusinessProcessandOperationalDivisionsTeamsaswellas
partnersinchargeofadministrationofdatacenters(databaseadministration,upgrades,
performance,)
4.AccountableforSolutionissuesescalatedtotheGlobalSupportteam.Ensurethatticketsare
properlyrespondedto,fixed,testedandfollows-upthoseuntiltheyareproperlyclosed
accordingtoprocessdefined.Supportprovidedisfunctional(analysis,feed-back,
recommendation).
5.Analyzecontentofreleasesonhis/herareaandrecommendbestorganizationasfaras
testingisconcerned.
6.Liaisewithregional/localsupportteamsandtestingfactorytoensurethatreleasevalidation
processisdoneproperly
7.Analyze,challenge,validaterecommendationsandactionsofonhis/herarea
8.LiaisewithGlobalDataExcellenceandBusinessProcessLeadersorganizationregarding
problemsolvingandenhancement
9.Contribute,reviewandvalidateCorebugs&enhancementsspecification.Contributeto
testingandvalidation.
10.InvolvedinconfiguringMasterData,DocumentTypes(SalesOrderTypes,Delivery
Documents,BillingDocuments,Creditanddebitmemo,etc.)includingspecialordertypes
(ThirdPartyProcessing,ConsignmentProcessing,Inter-CompanyBillingandInter-company
stocktransfers),AvailabilityCheck,MaterialListing/Exclusion,Rebateprocessing,Deliveries
andPostGoodsIssues.
