Job Description

Manage the life cycle of small and medium enhancements and production support issues.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the businesss concepts, practices, and procedures.
Collaborate with identified subject matter experts (SMEs) to gain deep insights into SAP processes and facilitate continuous training.
Create and maintain necessary documentation, including design and functional specifications.
Develop test cases and provide support to the team during testing phases.
Support major initiatives such as the implementation of new technologies and the application of enhancement and support packs.
Exhibit proactive behavior and a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in designing, delivering, and supporting the SAP SD module.
Proven track record of delivering solutions that meet the required sales and distribution functionality.
Extensive hands-on experience with Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, and Transportation functionalities.
Familiarity with EDI Orders, ASNs, and other SD/EDI-related messages.
In-depth understanding of integration points across SAP modules such as MM, QM, TM, WM, and FI/CO.
Experience in collaborating with ABAP developers to troubleshoot programs.
