We are seeking a highly motivated SAP/Salesforce Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the job market and possess strong technical and analytical skills. The candidate should also have Good communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for SAP and Salesforce
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employees skills and knowledge
• Design and develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and job aids
• Deliver training sessions using a variety of training methods
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify as necessary
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training programs align with the company's goals and objectives

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience as an SAP/Salesforce trainer or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
