1. Business Development:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem, leveraging Ksolves industry expertise and reputation.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth in SAP services and solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning within the SAP domain.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Understand clients business challenges and objectives to propose tailored SAP solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with Ksolves technical, marketing, and delivery teams to create compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Drive sales initiatives and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of Ksolves SAP offerings.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the SAP practice.
4. Partnership & Networking:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with SAP and other industry players to enhance Ksolves service offerings.
- Represent Ksolves at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence in the SAP market.
- Leverage your network to generate new leads and opportunities for business growth.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales processes and strategies to identify areas for optimization and
- improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on SAP solutions.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets within the SAP ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of SAP products, solutions, and the overall ERP market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with SAP certifications (SAP Consultant, SAP Project Manager, etc.) is a plus.
