Job Description

  • Administer the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the sales team and Practice Directors in managing customer accounts, tracking sales activities, and maintaining customer records.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system, coordinating with CRM Support team as needed.
  • 2. SAP Partnership (CCFlex) Administration:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain updated partner records and track partnership benefits.
  • Facilitate communication between the company and SAP, ensuring timely updates and responses to CCflex related queries
  • Monitor partnership performance metrics and work on initiatives to maximize the value derived from the SAP partnership.
  • 3. Sales Support:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all relevant systems, including CRM, SAP ME portal, and marketing databases.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • 4. Marketing Coordination:
  • Coordinate sales webinars, and other events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support the execution of marketing campaigns, particularly those related to SAP products and services.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events, managing registration, booth setup, and follow-up activities.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and assist in the preparation of marketing reports.
