Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant for a contract position available across multiple locations in India, including Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, and Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support, with a deep understanding of business processes and strong technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of all project phases from planning to go-live and support.
- Business Process Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify requirements, and map them to SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- System Configuration: Configure SAP S/4HANA modules to meet client requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality.
- Customization and Enhancement: Develop and implement custom solutions, enhancements, and reports as needed to meet client specifications.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the system meets client expectations and is free of defects.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA developments and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to clients.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and support.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning).
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP HANA database, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging skills is a plus.
- Understanding of SAP integration with third-party systems.
