Job Description - Re-DLM( Real Estate Development lifecycle Management)
- Good Knowledge on Real Estate Management (REFX), Case Management (CM) & Land Use Management modules.
- Candidate should have good Knowledge on sub modules like SLM,CCM,PLM,PBM,MDM
- Configuration knowledge on the MDM topics like Organization management, Land management, Project Structure management, Area Maintenance, Tender Management
- Good Understanding of PLM topics like Project management, Project quality management, Panoramic plan management, Outlook progress management
- Good Understanding of CCM topics like Cost account, Target cost ,contract management ,Production value management, invoice and payment request management, Contract settlement management Dynamic cost analysis
- Good understanding of PBM topics like Bidding process, Procurement plan, Vendor Management
- Should have worked on CCM topics like House management, area management, Customer management, Sales process management, Price discount commission ,Sales plan
- Should have Strong work experience in different types of industry SAP RE-FX Business Processes Implementations which includes Public Sector, Airport sector, Commercial, Real Estate industry (Residential Lease in & Lease out scenarios and Retail Lease scenarios
- In addition to the technical implementation, worked with Business process owners and IT Departments for analysis, blueprint and implementation of development lifecycle management.
- Should have good knowledge on IFRS 16 process SAP Contract and Lease Management.
- Should have experience with integration of FIORI, Web Dynpro, PM, FI-CA, Inspection mobile applications & Microsoft dynamics (Third party application).
- Ability to drive changes through change management process.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem - solving environment.
- Troubleshooting system performance problems will be a plus point
- Strong analytical skills, experience solving practical issues and engaging cross functional teams of multiple process partners to a consensus.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Around 6 to 10 years into SAP Re-Fx and Re-DLM
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, B.Sc. in Computer Science
