We are currently looking for two Recruitment Stream Leads to lead the recruitment effort in two of our recruitment divisions in India.
Your main task will to do hands-on recruitment with regard to the full recruitment cycle and mentor a small team.

What you should bring to the table:
- a minimum of 10 years of total recruitment experience
- a minimum of 5 years of SAP recruitment experience
- track-record SAP recruitment experience
- recruitment experience in a dynamic, high-volume recruitment environment
- positive, self-starter, can-do attitude
- motivation and determination to succeed
- ability to network and communicate fluently in English with colleagues and candidates across job levels and cultures;
- ability to prioritize , think on your feet and provide quick feedback and solutions to hiring managers and candidates
- strong research and analytical skills
- desire to learn, experiment with new approaches and constantly self-improve
