Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP Project System module users within the organization, providing support, training, and guidance on system functionalities.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and configure the SAP PS module to meet business needs.
- Ensure the accurate setup of project structures, work breakdown structures (WBS), networks, and milestones in the SAP PS module for effective project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular system tests, data validation, and troubleshooting to maintain data integrity and system functionality within the SAP PS module.
- Generate and analyze project reports, cost data, resource allocations, and progress updates using SAP PS module tools and features.
- Coordinate with the IT team and SAP consultants for system enhancements, upgrades, and integration with other modules to optimize project management processes.
- Provide training to new users on SAP Project System functionalities, best practices, and system usage guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project activities, financials, and resources within the SAP PS module.
- Stay updated on SAP PS module upgrades, enhancements, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
