Role Description
- Develop and implement SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms based on business requirements.
- Analyze and optimize existing SAP applications for performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with other IT teams to facilitate seamless integration of SAP with various business applications.
- Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
- Assist end-users with SAP functionalities and workflows, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
- Document technical specifications, development processes, and user guides for SAP applications.
- Maintain accurate records of changes, problems, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Participate in project planning and implementation of new SAP functionalities.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP applications and processes.
- Manage network switches, firewalls, and domain user accounts crucial for SAP operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure related to SAP systems.
Qualifications
- Programming, IDoc, and BAPI skills
- Knowledge of SAP Products and Integration
- Experience in SAP system implementation and customization
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
