- Deliver business impact by helping clients navigate the S4/ Hana journey
- Develop and maintain a library of SAP Hana best practices for F&A
- Build Assets (IRPA/SAC/FIORI/BTP) to demonstrate the differentiator.
- SAP Hana Migration Support to Client
- Support the Sales team in ERP lead Transformation (Design to Roll out)
- Identify and help clients navigate productivity levers in SAP Hana
- Key PMM and BOIs in SAP Hana
- Help navigate Intelligent Services in Hana.
Skills required:
End-to-end S/4 HANA - Experience in Technology Consulting. Preference to SAP FICO, Hana certified.
- Minimum 2-3 HANA Projects (Rise, GROW and Conversion) including CFIN.
- Minimum 12 years or Project delivery experience
- Project Management; Program Management; Managing accounts across industries; end-to-end delivery of projects.
- Sales support, planning & improving the service delivery mechanism, SLA & escalation management, customer satisfaction, and profitability management.
- Skilled in evaluation of current state analysis, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing/ prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
- Expertise in problem resolution coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Builds strong working relationships with external stakeholders and should be able to convince/negotiate in case of conflicts.
- Responsible for recommending solutions considering the scope of client requirements
- Should demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written communication capabilities.
- Excellent client-facing skills along with prior demonstrated experience in leading teams at various stages
- Must be able to work with limited direction and should be self-drive
