Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
M. Tech. or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and other cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, C/4HANA).
- Demonstrated success in business development, pre-sales, and growing a SAP service line.

- Certification in SAP modules or ITIL is a plus
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Strategic Leadership & Practice Development
- Define and execute the SAP practice strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Drive the development of new SAP service offerings, including emerging SAP technologies (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, etc.).
- Build and manage a high-performing SAP team, ensuring skill enhancement and certification.
2. Business Development & Growth
- Lead business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, managing pre-sales activities, and engaging with potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth, develop proposals, and manage RFP responses.
- Establish strong relationships with SAP and other technology partners to leverage joint opportunities.
3. Project Delivery & Client Management
- Oversee end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeline, and quality parameters.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them in leveraging SAP solutions to achieve business transformation.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and compliance standards during SAP engagements.
4. Solution Design & Innovation
- Lead the solution design process, providing technical and functional guidance to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations and lead initiatives to adopt new features, products, and modules.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on enhancing service delivery, optimizing costs, and improving client satisfaction.
5. Team Management & Mentorship
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants, developers, and project managers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear career paths, and provide necessary training and development opportunities.
6. Financial & Operational Management
- Develop and manage the SAP practice budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), client satisfaction scores, and project success metrics to ensure the practice meets or exceeds performance targets.
