Must have minimum 4 years of experience in SAP PP and QM with at least 2 years in implementation projects with expertise in Configuration of Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) strategies.
Must have thorough understanding of discrete and repetitive manufacturing processes, capacity planning, material requirements planning, Stock requirement list, production execution, shop floor controls.
MUST have good experience working with Sales and Production plans, Long term planning, demand management, MRP (material requirements planning) Capacity Planning, Production Orders and KANBAN.
Able to configure and create Master Data including Routing, Bills of material, Work Center and Production resources/tools, Production Version.
Experience on end-to-end Change requests (CRs) & Service Requests (SRs), Defects and Incidents managements
Experience is developing Custom Reports, forms, Interface and Enhancements as per the requirement.
Very Good Worked with Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit.
Knowledge of integration points with MM, WM, QM, and Costing.
