Overview
The SAP PP/QM plays a crucial role in our organization, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP PP/QM modules. This position is essential for ensuring the seamless integration of production planning and quality management to optimize manufacturing processes and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP PP/QM modules to support manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Lead and participate in SAP PP/QM module testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP PP/QM modules.
- Ensure alignment of SAP PP/QM processes with overall business objectives and quality management standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP PP/QM processes, configuration, and user training.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP PP/QM functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process optimization and automation opportunities within SAP PP/QM.
- Conduct user training and provide support to ensure effective utilization of SAP PP/QM modules.
- Stay current with SAP releases, updates, and best practices related to SAP PP/QM modules.
- Drive best practices in SAP PP/QM configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
- Participate in evaluating and selecting additional SAP solutions or tools to enhance SAP PP/QM capabilities.
Required Skills
- Experience 3-4 Years
- Proficiency in production planning, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP PP.
- Basic integration knowledge with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PM).
- Understanding of manufacturing business processes.
- SAP S/4HANA experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in quality planning, inspection, and control processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP QM.
- Basic integration knowledge with other SAP modules (PP, MM, SD).
- Understanding of quality management processes.
