Job Description:

Are you passionate about mentoring and guiding others in their SAP journey Tagskills is looking for an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Mentor who is skilled in training and has the patience to help others succeed.

In this role, you will work with trainees who are eager to learn and need a dedicated mentor to walk them through complex SAP PM processes. Your primary goal will be to help learners gain a deep understanding and confidence in their skills through structured training sessions.

• Deliver high-quality training on SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules, ensuring trainees understand core concepts and practical applications.
• Create a patient, encouraging, and supportive learning environment, adapting to each trainee's unique learning pace.
• Design, develop, and execute hands-on training programs that cover SAP PM functionalities and best practices.
• Provide real-life scenarios, case studies, and troubleshooting techniques to help trainees grasp complex concepts.
• Track trainee progress, provide feedback, and address specific learning needs for individual growth.

• 5-6 years of experience working with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.
• Demonstrated expertise in training others in SAP PM, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Exceptional patience and empathy, with a genuine passion for helping others learn.
• Strong communication skills to convey information effectively to diverse learners.
• Ability to use engaging teaching techniques and customize training based on trainee requirements.
