Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant for a full-time role available across various locations in India. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant experience in SAP PM, with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of plant maintenance processes. This role involves working closely with clients to implement, configure, and optimize SAP PM solutions to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead and participate in SAP PM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and customization.
- Business Process Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their plant maintenance processes, identify requirements, and map them to SAP PM functionalities.
- Customization and Enhancement: Develop and implement custom solutions and enhancements to meet specific client needs.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality and performance.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP PM solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP PM developments and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to clients.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP PM implementation and support.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SAP PM configuration and customization.
- Experience with integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO).
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori is a plus.
- Understanding of plant maintenance processes and best practices.
