Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled SAP PM Consultant with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Plant Maintenance (PM) and a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. Experience with AR/VR and domain knowledge will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Plant Maintenance (PM) orders and notifications within SAP.
• Oversee and handle shutdown/turnaround activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Handle warranty management for equipment and services within SAP PM.
• Manage Work Clearance Management (WCM) processes and ensure compliance.
• Implement and manage AR/VR tools for improved maintenance processes and training.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and configure solutions in SAP PM.
• Ensure successful integration with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in PM Orders and Notifications.
• Experience with Shutdown and Turnaround Management.
• Knowledge of Warranty Management processes.
• Expertise in WCM (Work Clearance Management).
• Exposure to AR/VR technologies and their implementation.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
• Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Domain Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, or energy.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry standards.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
