Responsibilities
As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
- Train and lead staff
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
- Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

SAP S/4HANA PLM Product Lifecycle Management
Job Requirements/Key Responsibilities
a: Design SAP Processes in PLM Recipe Development, Specification Management, Label Management, Document Management, Engineering Change Management
b: Conduct Client workshops and Gather requirements
c: Ability to understand gaps in Standard solutions and propose suitable workarounds or technical solutions / RICEFW
d: Good understanding of standard Fiori apps available with S4 HANA PLM release e: Configure SAP PLM and interact with technical team for RICEFW development including Fiori apps Technical Experience
a: SAP PLM, SAP Recipe Development, SAP EHS Exposure to domain like Consumer Goods, Life sciences or any manufacturing company
b: Experience in Manufacturing in Industry or in RD will be added advantage
c: Exposure to Solution Manager and ASAP methodology, data upload tools, use of standard testing tools, data migration d: Implementation or support experience or conversion/migration on at least one SAP Project in SAP PLM Module Professional Attributes :
a: Resource should have good communication and presentation
b: Ability to Lead/Work in Harmony with Co-Workers
c: Eager and Willing to Add to Their Knowledge Base and Skills Good To Have Skills: SAP PLM/related Solutions certifications & Knowledge on Enterprise Search, PLM Data model etc
