Mandatory skill:
Candidate should have good knowledge of SAP PM. Knowledge on Service Management or Customer Service and leading a team will be added advantage. Master Data Maintenance & Service Processing Integration between PM PS MM CO PM-CS. Expertise in Plant Maintenance Business processes Background Jobs interfaces and IDOCs Work as a team member and handle multiple team members Competencies Required Functional/Technical Knowledge in SAP PM o Master Data o Maintenance Notification o Maintenance Orders o Preventive Maintenance o Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) o MOC Management of Change will be an added advantage o WCM o MRS o AIN o Prometheus tools Functional/Technical Knowledge in SAP CS/SM will be added advantage (Not mandatory) o He should have worked on Notification Order equipment management o Should have good exposure/knowledge about integration between SAP PM and CS/SM and Interface with 3rd party application. o SAP Work Manager and SAP Inventory Manager for SAP Mobile Applications will be an added advantage. Good communication skills Customer oriented approach Experience of both SAP Support and implementation experience Domain experience on Plant Maintenance in industry will be an added advantage.
