Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Consultant with a strong background in project management. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in SAP OTC implementations, support, and project leadership. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end OTC processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project delivery in a structured and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP OTC implementations, upgrades, and support projects across multiple clients or internal teams.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the Order to Cash process, including sales order processing, delivery, billing, pricing, credit management, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and drive solutions.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, and external systems.
- Manage project risks, change management, and scope control, while ensuring effective communication across the project team and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants and team members.
- Conduct user training and support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting, process optimization, and system enhancements.
- Implement best practices for SAP OTC processes and project management methodologies.
- Work closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SAP OTC (Order to Cash) with strong functional expertise in sales order management, pricing, credit management, and billing.
- Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale SAP projects, preferably in a project management capacity.
- Solid understanding of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and FI (Finance).
- Experience in working with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP certifications in OTC, SD, or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
