- Experience in designing, implementing & Supporting SAP Order to Cash processes mentioned below:
- CRM integration
- Configuration
- Order to Billing / Order Management
- Pricing
- Customer Master Data
- Min 2-3 full life-cycle implementation experience
- Involve in business process design, analyze requirements and arrive at functional solution (Blueprint) for to be business process.
- Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflow and forms.
User requirements gathering, problem resolution, blue printing & documentation designs.
Support, Maintenance & Configuration of SAP S/4 HANA OTC.
Preparation of functional specifications and working with Technical team to complete RICEFW object development and testing.
Test case preparation, Unit testing , Integration testing and UAT support.
Experience in handling Incidents within SLA. Incident management, Problem management.
