Position Summary
As a SAP Order to Cash Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions related to the order to cash process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient flow of information and goods from order creation to cash collection. This is a strategic role that will help realize the global businesses goals across all regions (NAFTA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM).
- SAP OTC Process Optimization: Analyze existing order to cash processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement SAP solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- System Integration: Collaborate with IT functional teams to integrate SAP Order to Cash modules with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP OTC modules to meet business requirements, including pricing, billing, and credit management.
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead SAP OTC implementation projects from inception to completion, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the deployment.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use SAP OTC functionalities.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP OTC configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure SAP OTC solutions meet business needs and are free of errors.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with SAP best practices and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements continually.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and logistics, to align order to cash processes with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7+ years experience with SAP SD
- Medical Device industry or medical field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Order to Cash Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Order to Cash modules, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, WMS, and TMS.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- SAP certification is a plus.
- Experience with EDI integration for Sales and Distribution
- Experience with Interfaces (IDOCS, BAPIs, SAP PI, etc.)
- Experience with master data migration and conversation
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP Firori.
