Requirements:

The candidate should have minimum working on -- full cycle Implementation inSAPMRSas well as good knowledge inSAPPM andSAPHR integration.

Skills:

• Practical knowledge in configuringSAPMRS,MRSbasic configuration settings such as Integration scenario (Resource class, Qualification setting, team settings, Use of technical object, authority check, work centre assignment and time allocation).
• Configuring web-based resource management; planning board with GUI and web based, scheduler workplace. Configuring multiple backend system, Integration with Plant maintenance, Customer service and CRM.
• Idea about setting master data, Human resource, availability of human resource, qualification, Organizational structure and assignment and Tools such as Material and Equipment.
• Knowledge in resource planning and scheduling for maintenance order, time planning, split time, travel time, day scheduling, automatic scheduling of multi day assignment, capacity planning, capacity and demand overview, availability check, appointment booking for orders and work tickets, resource selection and time data, work centre and technical objects.
• Active professional support in acquisition, proposal preparation and presentation.
• Active support of internal knowledge management and participation in the development of corresponding competence centres.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills, as the role requires client coordination.
• Analytical thinking, personal responsibility, high customer orientation and enthusiasm for innovative solutions.
