Your responsibilities
- Participate in SAP Support / Project tasks Viz. Incident management/ Change request / projects / rollout.
- Ensure smooth integration with cross-functional / External applications.
- Co-ordinate with project / support for release control
- Perform basic level technical analysis & co-ordination ABAP debug / IDOC processing.
Your profile
- Relevant Experience 5 - 7 years
- SAP Materials management & warehouse management projects and support experience
- Provide consulting services for module MM & WM on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Provide day to day operational support to procurement & Logistic/shipping team.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Integration topics knowledge of: MM/WM-SD, MM/WM-PP, MM-FI
- SAP MM/WM certification is preferable
- ITIL foundation certification is required
- Exposure to Solution Manager change / incident management is an added advantage
