Job Description

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Extensive experience in SAP MM module configuration, customization, and support.

Proficiency in SAP Fiori applications, including design principles and best practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in incident management and support ticket systems.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (e.g., SAP PM, SAP WM) is a plus.

SAP certifications in MM and Fiori are advantageous.

Responsibilities

End-user Support: Provide expert-level support to SAP MM and Fiori users by addressing their issues, answering inquiries, and resolving problems promptly and effectively.

System Maintenance: Ensure the SAP MM and Fiori systems are updated and maintained with the latest patches, updates, and enhancements to ensure stability and security.

Incident Management: Log, track, and prioritize support tickets, and resolve incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Enhancements and Customizations: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements or customizations, and work with the development team to implement changes as needed.

Fiori Application Support: Monitor and maintain Fiori applications, troubleshoot issues related to user experience, and recommend improvements to ensure a user-friendly interface.

Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and customizations for future reference and auditing.

Training: Provide training and guidance to end-users to enhance their knowledge and effective use of SAP MM and Fiori applications.

Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules and teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other business processes.

Reporting: Develop and maintain reports to support data-driven decision-making and monitor system performance and user behavior.

Best Practices: Stay updated on SAP and Fiori best practices, trends, and new features, and recommend their implementation when relevant.
