Praja Consulting is seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing, Procurement, and Logistics Consultant. This role involves leading and managing our team across various projects, providing innovative solutions in the SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA Sourcing, Procurement, and Logistics module initiatives, including implementation, upgrades, and extensions of existing applications.
- Analyze client requirements to prepare high-level estimations of effort, cost, and timeline and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Develop high-level conceptual designs that integrate standalone and system solutions, securing client agreement on proposed designs.
- Engage with client stakeholders to demonstrate the latest SAP solutions and technologies, enhancing client understanding and buy-in.
- Organize and conduct workshops with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring thorough understanding and documentation of business requirements.
- Design and implement globally standardized solutions that are scalable across business units, focusing on both standard and custom development.
- Manage and ensure the quality of deliverables at each project phase, conducting quality gate checks in accordance with project milestones.
- Drive resource efficiency across projects to optimize cost management.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM/IM/WM, including at least 3 years with SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- Proficient in the latest SAP S/4 HANA sourcing, procurement, and logistics solutions, with a strong functional and configuration background in these areas.
- Experience in Agile and ACTIVATE project methodologies preferred, with strong leadership skills to drive change and manage project costs effectively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients to deliver comprehensive SAP solutions.
- Commitment to staying updated with industry best practices in materials management and actively pursuing professional development.
- Exceptional analytical, logical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all management levels.
