Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Microsoft Training Center Manager located in Pune. As a SAP Microsoft Training Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the training programs related to SAP and Microsoft technologies. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver training modules, ensure the effective transfer of knowledge, and evaluate the impact of training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing SAP and Microsoft training programs
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in training center management or a similar role, with a minimum of [3-5] years in a leadership

position.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on achieving results. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Experience in budget management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
