Position Overview:
VUPICO seeking an experienced SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Architect to lead and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP MDG solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in master data governance processes, SAP MDG, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. The Architect will play a critical role in ensuring that master data solutions align with business needs and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities: (Not Limited to)
Solution Architecture and Design:
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP MDG solutions to meet business requirements.
- Define and enforce master data governance strategies, processes, and policies.
- Ensure the integration of SAP MDG with S/4HANA, ECC, and non-SAP systems.
Implementation Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership during SAP MDG implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end MDG solutions.
- Lead workshops and design sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.
Customization and Configuration:
- Configure MDG frameworks, including data models, business rules, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain custom enhancements using ABAP, FPM, and BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus).
Governance and Data Quality:
- Establish governance frameworks for master data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Develop data cleansing, validation, and enrichment strategies.
- Implement mechanisms to monitor and maintain high data quality across systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on MDG requirements and deliverables.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure adoption and user satisfaction with the implemented solutions.
Documentation and Best Practices:
- Prepare technical and functional documentation, including solution designs, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Promote and enforce SAP MDG best practices within the organization.
Experience:
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in SAP MDG implementation and architecture.
- Hands-on experience in SAP MDG customization, including data models, process modeling, and FPM.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP MDG frameworks, including MDG-F (Finance), MDG-M (Material), MDG-C (Customer), and MDG-S (Supplier).
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and integration of MDG with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Experience with BRF+, ALE/IDocs, WebDynpro, and SAP Workflow.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
Certifications (Preferred):
- SAP Certified Application Associate Master Data Governance.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
