Looking for a Senior SAP MM Consultant with 15+ years experience in the IT function of Reliance Digital who is responsible for analyzing current business warehouse processes and providing solutions through fit-gap analysis for Reliance Digital. The role involves configuring and solutioning various warehouse processes, enhancing efficiency through automation, and integrating SAP MM/WMS with other systems.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis and Solutioning
- Analyze existing business warehouse processes.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis to propose effective solutions.
- Define warehouse process types and determination methods.
Warehouse Process Configuration
- Configure inbound and outbound delivery processes with multi-step movements (POSC & LOSC) for various scenarios including external procurement, sales, and inter/intra-company transfers.
- Solution internal warehouse processes such as stock movements, physical inventory processes, scrapping, and repacking.
- Automate stock transport processes between plants using RF transactions to minimize manual interventions.
- Configure requirements based on product properties and storage methods.
- Integrate production processes with PMR concepts for goods issue and receipts.
Process Simplification and Automation
- Simplify and automate warehouse processes.
- Convert business process master lists into SAP Signavio business process diagrams.
- Create value chains, dictionaries, and attributes associated with diagrams and tasks.
Project Management and Team Handling
- Conduct business requirement gathering and documentation.
- Prepare budgets, resource planning, and allocation.
- Manage business stakeholders and ensure quality gate clearance for audits.
- Develop data migration strategies and oversee go-live, hyper care, and support transmission phases.
- Lead a team of IT analysts and product managers to implement SAP MM/WMS modules.
Competencies:
- 8+years experience in SAP MM/WMS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
