Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Lead Consultant with 7 to 12 years of expertise to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, office-based role requires a candidate who can lead a team of consultants while driving and implementing SAP MM solutions to optimize procurement and materials management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP MM team in delivering project milestones, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP MM solutions to meet the organization's needs.
- Configure and implement SAP MM functionality, covering Procurement, Inventory Management, and Logistics.
- Oversee SAP MM integration with other modules like SD, PP, and FI/CO.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants in the team, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
- Ensure robust unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP MM configurations and customizations.
- Provide technical leadership and support for SAP MM issues, driving resolution in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business process improvements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.
- Stay current with SAP MM and SAP S/4HANA advancements, bringing innovative solutions to the team.
Required Skills:
- In-depth experience in SAP MM configuration and implementation, including leadership of SAP projects.
- Expertise in SAP MM sub-modules: Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Master, and Invoice Verification.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM integration with other SAP modules like SD, FI/CO, and PP.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage project deliverables, and mentor team members.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing client and team expectations.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate degree.
- 7 to 12 years of experience in SAP MM module implementation, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or managerial role.
