Following are the details for the position of SAP MM (Material Management) Consultant
Role: SAP MM Functional Consultant
Location: Sonipat, Haryana, India
Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate degree from premier institutes
Experience: 4-8 years
Essential Skills:
1. Proven experience as a SAP MM Functional Consultant, with expertise in implementing and supporting SAP MM modules.
2. Strong knowledge of SAP MM functionalities, including procurement, inventory management, material valuation, and master data maintenance.
3. Hands-on experience with SAP MM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, FI etc.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with support partners, stakeholders and end-users.
5. Proficiency in SAP Ariba procurement process.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Certification in SAP MM is preferred but not mandatory.
8. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience in SAP MM implementations in S/4HANA environment is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing business requirements related to materials management and procurement processes.
2. Designing, configuring, and customizing SAP MM modules to meet business needs.
3. Conducting workshops and gathering requirements from key stakeholders.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with other modules.
5. Providing end-user training and support during SAP MM implementations and upgrades.
6. Performing system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to SAP MM functionality.
7. Developing and maintaining documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
8. Participating in project planning, scoping, and estimation for SAP MM change requests.
9. Keeping up-to-date with SAP MM module enhancements, best practices, and industry trends.
