Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Billing solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Configure and manage SAP Billing and Invoicing processes, including billing cycles, rate plans, subscription billing, and invoice generation.
- Integrate SAP Billing with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICA, SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA) for seamless end-to-end billing solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Billing processes, including revenue recognition, billing disputes, and invoice management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document billing requirements, translating them into SAP billing configurations.
- Perform system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accurate and effective billing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Billing, such as data inconsistencies, invoice errors, and integration issues.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations and address any billing-related issues promptly.
- Manage SAP Billing projects from start to finish, including scoping, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and deliver training materials, knowledge transfer, and user support to ensure client success and adoption of the SAP Billing system.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP Billing solutions, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvements for clients.
- Mentor junior consultants and team members on SAP Billing configurations and best practices.
- Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with SAP Billing processes and solutions, including hands-on experience with SAP Billing Configuration, SAP Billing Invoicing, and Revenue Management.
- Strong expertise in SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable), SAP IS-U Billing, SAP Subscription Billing, or related SAP billing modules.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP Billing implementations, including gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Strong knowledge of billing cycles, rate plans, invoice management, and revenue recognition.
- Proven ability to integrate SAP Billing with other SAP modules like SAP FICA, SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP IS-U.
- Experience with SAP FICA Billing, SAP Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), or similar complex billing solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex billing issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management processes.
