Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Instructional Trainer for a remote project based in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP training, particularly with SAP, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations. A generic knowledge of all SAP modules is also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Development: Create comprehensive training materials using SAP EnableNow to facilitate end-user training across various SAP modules.
- Instructional Delivery: Conduct remote training sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Presentation Preparation: Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to effectively communicate complex SAP concepts.
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide insights and knowledge across all SAP modules, ensuring a holistic understanding of the SAP ecosystem.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve training quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, SAP functional consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with project goals and user needs.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of training materials, session plans, and learner progress.
Requirements- Experience:
- Minimum [10] years of experience as an SAP Instructional Trainer.
- Proven expertise in using SAP EnableNow for creating and delivering training content.
- Broad knowledge of various SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, HR, PP).
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: SAP certification in any module or training certification.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in Remote Training: Prior experience in conducting remote training sessions effectively.
