STAFF BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST
The Role
IBP Techno/Functional Analyst, working in conjunction with integration partners, you will be part of an AMD Global IT Team helping implement SAP's Integrated Business Planning application, for developing business process and systems solution in the areas of Demand Planning, Sales and Operation Planning, Operational, and Tactical Supply Planning for Finished Goods. In addition, you will provide ongoing support and expansion of IBP capabilities after completion of multi-phased implementation.
The Person
A driven and motivated individual with hands-on SAP IBP platform experience. Able to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline. Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & maintenance of the IBP system
- Managing configuration and integration tasks including modeling in IBP
- Functional & technical specification for the required changes
- Trouble shooting for any system issues
- Coordinate with business and other IT teams to enable productive use of Planning Systems
Preferred Experience
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field and 10+ years of IT experience in progressive IT roles; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
- Driven and motivated analyst with a minimum of 4+ years of working experience of SAP IBP Demand, S&OP, Supply & Respond Modules and SAP SAC Planning Tools is required
- 1+ full cycle implementation of S&OP process on SAP IBP platform is required
- Hands on experience in IBP models, configuration, CPI-DS is required
- Experience with analytics tools is required.
- Strong communications, influencing, and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Broad business applications experience preferably in the Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Planning and Order Fulfilment areas
- Previous experience with SAP APO Demand Planning
- Knowledge of the S&OP best practices, KPIs, tools/software is required
- Experience with business process optimization methodologies & approaches
- Conversant with the latest technological applications (RPA, Machine Learnings, OCR, etc.) in the relevant line of business areas
- Proven Agile project management experience working with mid-sized projects
- Ability to work with senior business leaders and executives
Academic Credentials
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
