Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Hybris Lead/Architect to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As a SAP Hybris Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for leading and architecting the implementation and customization of SAP Hybris solutions. This is a senior-level position with 7 to 10 years of experience required. The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and is a remote employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP Hybris development and implementation
• Strong knowledge of SAP Hybris architecture and best practices
• Proficiency in SAP technologies and tools
• Experience with MySQL, MS Power BI, MS Visio, JIRA, and OLTP and OLAP operations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Certifications in SAP Hybris would be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and customization of SAP Hybris solutions
• Architect and design SAP Hybris solutions based on business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
