Time & Attendance resource needed to support global implementation.
Following certifications preferred SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core (C_THR81_2211) SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Time Management (C_THR94_2211) - Time off implementation experience required with configuration and customization especially Time Tracking (previously Payroll Time Sheet) preferred.
Strong communication skill to talk to stakeholders and manage their expectation without compromise the global template.
Very strong perception on Time sheet validation rules and Time valuation configuration. -
Must have implemented for at least 2 projects - End to End with multi countries will be considered as an advantage. - Technical hands-on role, therefore comfortable modifying the following objects: Time type, Time Type Group, Time Valuation, Time Recording Profile, and basic understanding of integration to Employee Central Payroll. - Should be proficient in configuring MDF objects & Enhancement.
