Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for HR Analytics solution

Conceptualize and implement new data models according to agile (SCRUM) and prototype approaches

Conceptualize and implement state-of-the-art dashboards

Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches

Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue

Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions

Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module

Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required

Required Functional Skills:

Atleast 5 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP BW module

Safe handling of BW objects (classic DSO, cubes, multiprovider, advanced DSO, composite provider, open ODS view, data transfer processes, transformation)

Use of the SAP HANA Studio and SAP HANA data modeling

Creation of hybrid data models with SAP BW and SAP HANA

Mastery of SAP HANA authorization concept

Implementation of data flows with SAP BW 7.5

Implementation of routines with ABAP/4 and ABAP OO

Creating and customizing extractors

Qualifications:

Any Graduation or higher in computer ,Information Technology, or any IT degree

B.Sc(IT),MCA,B.Tech,B.Sc(Com)

Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
