The SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant plays a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors modules within the organization. They are responsible for ensuring the successful configuration, integration, and optimization of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions to meet the company's HR and payroll needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly
- Protect the Intellectual Property
- Adhere to all the policies and procedures
- Understand the delivery process and participate in client-related support.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- A positive attitude and zeal to learn is a must-have requirement.
- SAP S/4 HANA experience will be an added advantage.
- Must know about EC, & Indian Payroll implementation experience
- Must know OM, PA, TM & Indian Payroll implementation
- ESS, MSS, EP, and Travel Management implementation experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience of Success factors will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HR ABAP will be an added advantage.
- The consultant should be well-versed with all the integrated modules, like FI
