Hands on SAP HR (all core modules Payroll, OM, PA, TIME, PD, etc.)
Ensure legal compliance of the Payroll solution.
Review & validate all legal requirements for Customers based on Payroll Country.
Should have worked on UAE Payroll , knowledge on other GCC Payrolls will be advantage.
Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Analyze and evaluate payroll processes and to identify areas for improvement.
Design, configure, and customize SAP Payroll module to meet business requirements (Including testing and UAT Support)
Stay updated with SAP Payroll module functionality, new releases, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Payroll with other modules, such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / HR , finance, and time management.
Participate in payroll-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, investigating root causes and implementing preventive measures.
Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community
The HR consultant is expected to help with development aspects relating to Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Personnel Relations, Recruitment, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Contractor Activity Timesheets (CATS), Personnel Development, Learning & Development, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits etc.
Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
Configure the product in line with customer requirements, demo iteration configurations to customer and help customer complete iteration testing and UAT.
Handle critical customer issues/escalations of different regions, conduct root cause analysis to provide solution with high efficiency
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specific solution consulting knowledge is added advantage.

To architect the solution design in the SAP Payroll area UAE Payroll is Mandatory & knowledge on other GCC Payrolls will be advantage.

Proven experience as an SAP Payroll Consultant or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll module, including configuration, schema, and rules.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in SAP Payroll configuration tools, such as the Payroll Control Center (PCC), Wage Types, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR).
Experience in implementing and supporting SAP Payroll solutions, including end-to-end project lifecycle.
Should have worked on integrations with SAP Employee Central , knowledge on developing solutions between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required.
Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available
Work with HR data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities
Can conceptualize and communicate winning propositions making complex ideas look simple

Qualifications:
4 to 7 years of SAP HCM Payroll experience.
Minimum 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP HCM Payroll
Working experience on UAE Payroll
Working experience on GCC payroll will be considered an asset.
Working experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be considered an asset.
SAP HR or Success Factors Certification is an added advantage
SAP Certified Application Associate Employee Central Payroll
SAP Certified Application Associate Employee Central
SAP Certified Application Associate Compensation.
Master's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field preferred.
Preference would be someone who came from traditional HR function and migrated to SAP.
