MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Dsseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more HRIT solutions assigned
Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches
Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue
Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions
Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module
Learn 1 or more HRIT solutions and act as back-up whenever required
Provide standby or back-up support whenever required
Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required
Required Functional Skills:
Atleast 7 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP HCM Functional modules like SAP PA, OM, Time Management.
Experience in Payroll, Portal, HR Authorization and Travel is a plus.
HR ABAP coding or debugging skill is a plus
Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus
QualificationsQualifications:
Any Graduation or higher in computer ,Information Technology, or any IT degree
B.Sc(IT),MCA,B.Tech,B.Sc(Com)
Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
