Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map client business processes to SAP HCM functionality.
- Design and configure SAP HCM modules, including:
Personnel Administration
Organizational Management
Time Management
Benefits Administration
Employee Self-Service
Talent Management
Recruitment
Learning Management
- Develop and design customized solutions using SAP tools and ABAP programming if necessary.
- Perform data migration and conversion activities.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support to users on SAP HCM functionality.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for HR operations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP HCM features and updates.
- Participate in project teams and collaborate effectively with other consultants, business analysts, and IT personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP HR Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data migration and conversion is a plus.
- Experience with Successfactors is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of current HCM trends and advancements is a plus.
