Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP HCM modules.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP HCM modules based on client requirements
- Conduct business process analysis, mapping, and optimization
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to SAP HCM modules
- Participate in the full life-cycle of SAP HCM implementation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM trends and technologies
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, and Payroll
- Experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certification in SAP HCM is preferred
