4. Educational Background - UG. B. Tech /B. E in any specialization & PG. MCA/MSC in Computers
5. Key Responsibilities -
SAP HCM Consultant with PA, OM, Time & Payroll. Relevant 5+ years of experience.
Knowledge and experience of processes and configurations on SAP on premise HCM
Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the Employee Central.
Configure and maintain the Employee Central system to meet organizational requirements.
Overview of configuration of EC with Time and Position Management etc.
Hands on experience on the business knowledge of various HR processes to create or manage data in the Employee Profile.
Provide support to end-users, addressing queries and issues related to the HCM.
Need to interface with all stakeholders and help team with requirements, estimations, reviews and leading from the front.
Need to have worked with Agile SCRUM teams & have an agile mindset.
Experience working in SAP Maintenance projects with handling of tools like Incident management (Service Now/Remedy), Testing (Quality center/Rational tester),Document sharing (team place/sharepoint) etc and day to day productivity tools.
Adherence to SLA and KPI as per project. Integration knowledge with Fieldglass and SAP.
Candidate should be open to support on all time zones and weekends based on the request.
Need to have worked with Agile SCRUM teams & have an agile mindset Comments on Conditions.
