Job description:

• God understanding of SAP HANA architecture, concepts, and administration tasks.
• Experience with SAP HANA installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Implement and maintain database security measures, including user access controls, data encryption, and auditing.
• Perform database backups, disaster recovery planning, and data replication to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Working knowledge on Replication scenario
• Respond to database-related incidents and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks, system errors, and data corruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that align with business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for SAP HANA database administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP HANA updates to continuously improve database operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior DBAs and other team members as needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
