Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Sales and Distribution module within the SAP S/4HANA environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, optimize sales and distribution processes, and deliver solutions that drive business efficiency and growth.
SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Support:
- Lead ongoing implementation and support SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) post implementation project.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed system specifications for the SD module.
- Configure SD components in SAP S/4HANA including order to cash processes, pricing, shipping, billing, credit management, and sales documents
- Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA SD solutions based on business requirements and best practices
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), FICO (Finance & Controlloing), WM(Warehouse Management) and PP (Production Planning) & Third party application like Salesforce.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other functional consultants to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that meet stakeholder's requirements
Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing Sales processes and propose improvements.
- Implement automation and integration to streamline workflows.
- Analyze and document business processes in the order management, shipping, and billing domains to identify gaps and recommend improvements
Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide post-implementation support, including resolving any configuration issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Data Migration and Validation:
- Handle master data management, data migration, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure proper Sales data migration and seamless integration with multiple external systems.
End-User Training:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP SD functionalities.
- Develop training materials and documentation for users.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD including S4 HANA
- Proven track record in at least 1 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4 HANA SD
- Strong configuration knowledge of SAP SD
- SAP WM knowledge is preferred
- Knowledge of integration with other modules (MM, PP, FICO, WM).
- Experience in data migration, validations, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori apps, and SAP GUI.
- Good to have SAP Certification
