About the position
As the SAP Security GRC Manager at Upfield, you'll lead the strategic oversight of SAP Security operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices. You'll manage SAP Authorization concepts, roles, and user administration across diverse SAP platforms like S4 HANA, FIORI, and GRC. Collaborating with IT leads and external vendors, you'll drive automation initiatives and lead critical upgrade projects. Your role includes implementing IT General Controls and managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) to maintain compliance and security. This position demands strong governance skills, a deep understanding of SAP landscapes, and the ability to guide security projects from concept to execution.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role
Expertise in SAP Security: Deep knowledge of SAP Authorization concepts, roles, and user administration across various SAP platforms, including S4 HANA and GRC.
Leadership & Project Management: Proven ability to manage and drive SAP security projects and automation initiatives, ensuring compliance with Upfield's global standards.
Governance & Compliance Skills: Strong understanding of IT General Controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and IT audit requirements, with experience in implementing and maintaining these controls.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Effective collaboration with internal IT leads and external vendors, overseeing SAP Security activities and participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
